Job Requirements

  • Noções de Administração Salesforce, incluindo:Configuração de objetos, campos, layouts e validações, automação de processos (Flows, Process Builder – legado), gestão de perfis, permissões e segurança;
  • Experiência em Análise de Negócios, atuando desde o levantamento até a validação de requisitos;
  • Condução de workshops e entrevistas com stakeholders para levantamento de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais;

Role Description The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for the daily support and maintenance of BioIVT’s Salesforce environment.
