• Develop and execute commercial pricing strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing proposals meet strategic and financial goals • Apply a deep understanding of commercial pricing strategies to develop competitive pricing models • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure cost/price volume accuracy • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in commercial real estate and facilities management • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and commercial procedures and policies • Act as a mentor to other members of the pricing staff • Ensure compliance with company and external policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline
- Twelve (12) years’ experience in cost proposal preparation or cost proposal development
- Specific experience in Commercial IFM is required
- Deep understanding of the commercial real estate and facilities management (IFM) industry
- Extensive knowledge of commercial pricing strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical skills for detailed financial analysis
- Proven ability to develop and implement commercial pricing strategies
- Knowledge of commercial procedures and policies for identifying and developing potential business opportunities is a plus

Role Description WEST is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned contracts professional who can operate with a high degree of independence and bring practical expertise to a fast-paced consulting environment. The Contracts Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering closely with the Contracts Manager and cross-functional teams to drive efficient contract lifecycle management and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead the preparation, review, interpretation, and negotiation of a broad range of contracts, including client agreements, subcontractor agreements, and vendor contracts. - Independently assess and recommend contract terms and conditions, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. - Proofread and audit legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to applicable legal regulations. - Monitor and manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and closeouts, to ensure timely execution and compliance. - Develop, implement, and continuously improve contracts management processes, templates, and best practices. - Maintain a centralized repository of key contractual language to ensure easy access and consistency across WEST. - Provide training and guidance to staff on contract-related processes, policies, and compliance requirements. - Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate efficient contract execution and resolve complex contractual issues. - Conduct in-depth legal research and provide well-structured summaries and recommendations to leadership. - Support and manage the Client Resource Management (CRM) VantagePoint system, ensuring data integrity and optimal utilization. - Provide targeted administrative support to the Contracts Manager and senior leadership as needed. • Prepare proposals and pricing for online market research studies to clients. • Assess and propose study feasibility across global panels using proprietary applications. • Consult with client regarding recommended project approach to include the use of pre-identified attributes, application of census data for quotas and sample composition, incidence rates and third party vendor inclusion. • Consultation should support client’s objectives while maximizing internal panel assets. • Proactively partner with the Account Lead, Operations team, Panel Management and Finance to drive solutions that support the account strategy, financial goals, and resolution of challenges as they arise. • Support existing account relationships to ensure they remain healthy, productive, profitable and mutually beneficial, with a goal of securing repeat business and achievement of targeted revenues. • Develop an understanding of the company’s product portfolio with an ability to offer and advise on new and expanded products/services. • May include final project reconciliation such as third party invoice approval and cost adjustments. • Perform other business functions as needed.
