Role Description The Operations & Performance Manager, Lead Generation is responsible for owning and optimizing the technology, data, and performance behind lead generation campaigns. This role focuses on configuring, monitoring, analyzing, and improving lead acquisition programs using demand generation platforms, validation tools, and analytics to maximize lead quality, conversion, and ROI. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, technically sound, and comfortable working hands‑on in lead generation platforms to diagnose issues, test improvements, and continuously optimize campaign performance. Responsibilities - Lead Generation Technology Ownership - Own and optimize lead generation platforms and integrations (e.g., Leadspedia, TrustedForm, marketing automation tools) - Configure lead routing, validation rules, compliance checks, and source tracking - Monitor lead flow, system health, and data integrity across platforms - Partner with technology, analytics, and compliance teams to ensure systems are scalable, compliant, and reliable - Campaign Performance Analysis & Optimization - Analyze campaign performance across sources, partners, and channels to identify trends, issues, and opportunities - Evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, downstream performance, and ROI - Actively adjust campaign settings, filters, validation rules, and sourcing strategies based on results - Design and execute structured tests (e.g., source mix, validation thresholds, routing logic) to improve outcomes - Data, Reporting, & Insights - Build and maintain reporting that provides clear visibility into lead performance and campaign effectiveness - Investigate performance anomalies and data discrepancies, identifying root causes and solutions - Translate data into clear recommendations for campaign, sourcing, and technology changes - Support leadership with actionable insights to guide investment and prioritization decisions - Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Growth Analytics, and Compliance to align lead generation efforts with business needs - Ensure clear definitions and expectations around lead quality, acceptance criteria, and feedback loops - Support continuous improvement of lead handoff and downstream performance tracking - Process & Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve lead generation workflows, automation, and governance - Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support scale and consistency - Stay current on lead generation technology capabilities, industry trends, and compliance considerations - Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Experience: - 7+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or lead operations - Hands-on experience managing and optimizing lead generation platforms (e.g., Leadspedia, TrustedForm, or similar tools) - Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries - Experience working closely with compliance, legal, or risk teams - SQL, advanced Excel, or BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus - Skills & Abilities: - Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions - Comfort working with complex systems, data flows, and performance diagnostics - Technical problem solving - Data analysis and performance optimization - Attention to detail and system thinking - Continuous testing and improvement mindset - Strong cross-functional communication - Autonomous execution Requirements - This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. - Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
