• Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Product & Transformation teams, ensuring alignment on process improvements and business objectives • Lead end-to-end operational reviews, including process enhancements, identifying areas for increased efficiency and risk mitigation • Develop, standardize, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational consistency and compliance • Drive initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce risk, and improve service delivery • Oversee all release activities, ensuring operational impacts are assessed, risks are mitigated, and teams are prepared for changes • Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, process improvement, or business architecture within financial services or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management, process standardization, and efficiency optimization
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale process improvements
  • Expertise in business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, and other operational frameworks
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Transformation teams to implement process enhancements and system changes
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
