Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience in an industrial environment, with a track record of delivering results and building key customer relationships
- Fluent in French and English, with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Commercially and financially astute, with strong pricing, margin and profit awareness
- Analytical and data-driven, confident using CRM systems, sales data and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated and adaptable team player, able to manage priorities, work independently and thrive in a multicultural environment

We are recruiting for a sales professional, who has an entrepreneurial mind-set, proven track record of success, and a strategic approach to territory management. This specialist will be expected to travel weekly covering assigned accounts. They are responsible for growing sales and all aspects of commercialization in their territory. They will serve as an important resource for all physicians and other healthcare professionals (HCP’s) involved in diagnosis and treatment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience. - Specialty or orphan disease product sale of 3 years preferred. - 3+ years of Cardiology, Pulmonary, or rare disease sales experience preferred. - PAH/HCP Relationships is a plus. - Proven track record of success in all respects of selling, i.e. technical knowledge, selling techniques, interpreting/analyzing data, and an in-depth understanding of medical field and pharmaceutical industry. - Experience working on high value and/or orphan disease products in Cardio or Pulmonary therapeutic areas preferred. - Launch Experience highly preferred. - Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills, and influencing and negotiating skills. - Must enjoy and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Deepen Senior and Executive level relationships at all major Acquirers, Processors, and Gateways to strategically position Elo Payment Hardware. • Build and execute outbound strategies to drive expansion of Elo Pay, Link, and Link + across global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC) • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with key partners, including ISVs, payment processors, gateways, acquirers, and financial institutions. • Managing complex, critical partner relationships by working across a broad set of areas and cross-functional teams both within Elo and with partners • Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, enablement tools, and joint value propositions. • Work closely with the ISV, RSM, ASM, and Solutions Architect teams to ensure a seamless transition from BD → Payment Partnership Manager → Certification → Scale • Monitor global industry trends, emerging payment technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and maintain Elo’s market leadership. • Represent Elo at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote Elo’s payment solutions. • Drive revenue growth through co-selling opportunities, joint marketing initiatives, and expanding existing partnerships.
