Bilingual Recruiter
Aggreko
• Manage 20-30 active requisitions on average per month, ensuring all roles are filled efficiently and effectively. • Recruiting for Sales, engineers, operations, Technicians and other roles. • Ensure compliance and accuracy by managing recruitment processes through Workday and maintaining <10% offer correction rates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic talent advice and ensuring accountability in the hiring process. • Increase business understanding and visibility through monthly in-person engagements, including site visits, job fairs, and ride-alongs.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ recruiting experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English, Verbal and Written
- Understanding of HVAC, power and electrical preferred
- Strong experience in sourcing talent across a variety of platforms and mediums, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
- Ability to use data and talent market insights to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and interviewing.
