• Act as a single point of contact for deliveries in scope. • Ensure all deliverables SLAs and timelines are met. • Manage day to day project communication within all stakeholders and produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency. • Manage the relevant 3rd parties' suppliers, involving agreements, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables. • Produce detailed project plans highlighting dependencies. • Adhere to relevant escalation processes whenever needed.

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic professional services projects, including space reservation systems, intranet infrastructure deployments, and digital signage implementations. • Develop and manage project charters, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans from kickoff through go-live. • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams – Solution Architects, Business Consultants, and partner vendors – ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to client expectations. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating appropriately while maintaining client confidence throughout the engagement. • Conduct project retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and strengthen delivery methodology. • Support executive-level discovery sessions and workshops to understand client business objectives, operational challenges, and technology environments. • Maintain a deep, current understanding of Appspace's product suite — including space reservation, digital signage, and intranet solutions — to provide credible strategic consultation. • Connect customers to internal subject matter experts, contributing to the development of repeatable delivery playbooks, solution templates, and best practice documentation for the Professional Services team. • Support customers on platform governance, content strategy, information architecture, and utilization analytics to maximize ROI. • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing guidance on Appspace solutions, platform capabilities, and workplace experience best practices. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to scope new service opportunities, contribute to pre-sales support, and develop compelling services proposals. • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on client insights, deployment patterns, and market trends to inform the Appspace product roadmap. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service offerings, delivery processes, and team operational excellence.

Role Description Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is current seeking a Strategic Accounts Project Leader to join our team. This position will be remote; with a strong preference to be located in the Central Region. The Strategic Accounts Project Leader is responsible for managing both customer and application complex projects including non-concurrent contract support. The projects are managed from the time of quotation through submittal, commissioning and throughout the warranty and contract life. The accounts are 40% of the CPDI three phase business. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for turnkey project implementation as well as on-site subcontractor direction and management, responsible for cost targets and schedule adherence. - Manage several complex projects at one time and finding innovative solutions for complex problems. - Manage project timelines, at a program and complex level, from submittal through commissioning. - Develop key relationships with key accounts and identify complex projects and customer requests. - Review purchase orders, define billing forecast, and collaborate with credit to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. - Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, product line managers, factory project management team and service sales to assure customer satisfaction. - Coordinate key milestone deliverable timelines with project managers and key internal teams including but not limited to sales, credit and contracts to drive down any barriers to completing customer orders. - Conduct internal and external kick off meetings. Coordinate and facilitate client project meetings. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution - Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience managing external and internal customer projects - Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
