• Creative production for each traffic channel (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, Google) • Collaborate with designers to create visual and textual content for each platform • Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, from initial ideation to finalized execution • Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team • Research user behavior and funnels, identifying factors that impact performance and success • Close cooperate with the user acquisition team and other departments (analytics, product team, b2b) • Analyze creative testing, including structured reporting for product & marketing teams
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing with a focus on app and/or web projects
- KPI-driven mindset: hands-on daily work with CPA, CTR, ROI, and a clear understanding of how to hit and optimize targets
- Experience creating detailed technical briefs for designers to ensure effective creative production
- Proven ability to conduct competitor and market research and translate insights into strategy
- Confident user of analytical and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong organizational skills: backlog management, task prioritization, launch planning, and production coordination
- English level B2+
- Nice to have:
- Experience in the social discovery niche
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation or performance analysis
