BeyondTrust
• Manage members of the BeyondTrust University staff • Audit active public and private courses for technical accuracy and delivery standards • Handle any customer escalations with scheduling or delivery of training • Help resolve any technical issues impacting the delivery of training courses • Collaborate with other training leadership to help improve existing processes • Foster relationships between instructors and other members of the training team • Help keep instructors up to date on upcoming process and product changes • Manage new and ongoing projects and programs • Mentor new and existing instructors • Actively provide feedback to instructors on their training and delivery • Help grow the BeyondTrust University's reputation within the greater organization by creating relationships with other teams and departments • Audit existing and new training materials for technical accuracy and consistency with BeyondTrust initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent experience
- 10+ years software industry technical experience
- 3+ years leading technical teams
- 10+ years delivering technical training
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Personable, yet knowledgeable training demeanor
- Ability to create and keep strong relationships with key product and process stakeholders
