Senior UX/Web Designer

• Possess strong skills in interaction or visual design • Demonstrate a strong desire to continue growing your UX skills • Work effectively with UX Lead or Sr. UXer and other 3Pillar practices (PDM, PM, and Engineering) • Communicate to team and client a clear picture of what is in progress and when things will be delivered • Adjust to changes in priority and scope • Participate in UX and engagement rituals/meetings • Identify risks and escalate appropriately • Contribute to client presentations • Help prepare workshops • Suggest improvements to standard tools and processes • Participate in a collaborative team culture • Maintain an awareness of industry issues and trends and emerging technologies such as AI, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing UX position
  • Expertise working with digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients
  • A knack for problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details
  • Experience working with global teams is a big plus
  • Highly culturally aware
  • Strong communication skills
  • Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products
  • Expertise with Adobe toolkit, Figma and AI tools

Role Description The Senior Web Designer will be responsible for supporting Implementation and Client Support teams through completing complex design-related client requests, new template designs for DealerOn and OEM projects, assisting with product design, and supporting the Front End Development team as needed.
