• Develop and maintain full-stack applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• You will be closely working with a team of other experienced developers and doing pretty much everything, from developing large features to fixing on-call bugs. • You will be designing and developing new APIs, optimizing/fixing bugs in the existing APIs, and writing tests for the APIs. • If there are any on-call bugs, resolving them will be your first priority. And then, you will continue working on the feature development planned for the sprint. • Additionally, if you have experience/interest in front-end development, you will be contributing to front-end development in NextJS and jQuery.

• Develop systems and solutions that can scale easily as the product and customer base grows. • Own the full development cycle – from research and prototyping to deployment and production. • Deliver and review technical design, code, and documentation. • Take part in technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast‑growing product. • Work directly with customers when needed: help investigate and solve their issues, and bring ideas back to the team. • Look for and suggest product improvements based on real customer problems and your own insights. • Actively contribute to growing and shaping the product from a fairly early stage – understand the product, its problems and opportunities, not just the technical side.

• Design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services, with a backend-leaning focus • Actively contribute to changes in legacy systems when required for delivery, stability or safe migration • Translate business requirements into clean technical specifications, meaningful solution designs and robust implementations • Identify and improve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling and structural delivery obstacles • Continuously improve existing systems through refactoring, decoupling and pragmatic modernization during live operation • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Engineers to clarify business rules and technical dependencies • Support junior engineers through code reviews, technical sparring and living best engineering practices
