• Design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services, with a backend-leaning focus • Actively contribute to changes in legacy systems when required for delivery, stability or safe migration • Translate business requirements into clean technical specifications, meaningful solution designs and robust implementations • Identify and improve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling and structural delivery obstacles • Continuously improve existing systems through refactoring, decoupling and pragmatic modernization during live operation • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Engineers to clarify business rules and technical dependencies • Support junior engineers through code reviews, technical sparring and living best engineering practices

• You take overall strategic responsibility at group level for Public Affairs in Germany, including topic prioritization, stakeholder management and integrated campaign planning. • For additional European markets, you develop independent Public Affairs strategies and implement them effectively. • You systematically monitor and evaluate political and regulatory developments in Germany and across Europe and derive concrete options for action. • You strategically manage external Public Affairs consultants and agencies at national and international levels. • You represent the Bikeleasing Group in political committees, associations and relevant industry networks, closely aligning Public Affairs content with corporate, brand and communications strategy.

• Responsible for all aspects of the testing process within an agile feature team • Implement best practices in test case creation, test automation, test documentation and test case management • Automate test cases using Kotlin and the Serenity BDD framework • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Standardization and automation of core IT operations processes in a cloud-only environment (M365, Azure, Intune/UEM) • Planning, implementation and operation of complex M365/Azure configurations (security, RBAC, MFA, IdP, access reviews) • Incident, problem and change management according to ITIL • Handling security incidents related to EDR and M365 Defender • Thorough analysis of complex incidents, documentation and knowledge transfer

• Take full responsibility for your sales territory • Strategically develop existing specialist retail partners and drive maximum regional visibility through professional events • Optimize dealer performance, customer experiences, and the integration of Bikeleasing into their business models • Actively build relationships and support retailers in sales advising and customer care • Plan, coordinate and execute regional events, benefit campaigns and promotional activities • Derive measures for sustainable revenue growth and provide structured feedback to the company

• Responsibility for the operational payroll processing for multiple entities within the Bikeleasing Group • Continuous improvement of payroll processes • Design of reporting mechanisms, improvement of interfaces and optimization of workflows • Maintenance, validation and reconciliation of all payroll-relevant data in DATEV Lohn & Gehalt as well as interfaces to the HRIS Personio and accounting systems • Support for the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and month-/quarter-/year-end closing • Reconciliation of relevant data, information and reports with external tax advisors, auditors and social security authorities • Coordination of external payroll service providers and ensuring consistent processes and quality • Development of payroll-related tools, reporting logic and interfaces in coordination with People and Finance
