• Strategically evolve our Data Warehouse • Build robust data models, enforce high quality standards, implement performant transformations, and maintain a warehouse the business can rely on • Take technical ownership of our Data Warehouse and purposefully advance its architecture, data models and quality standards • Use dbt strategically • Improve the performance, scalability and reliability of our Redshift-based warehouse • Develop new data pipelines and be responsible for clean orchestration and stable operation in Airflow • Introduce best practices in governance and observability; define standards for data quality, ownership, monitoring and documentation; ensure issues are detected early and reliably addressed

• Operational development of HubSpot – configuration, pipelines, properties, and continuous improvements • Maintain and develop the HubSpot data model; establish data quality routines • Identify manual pain points and implement HubSpot workflows: routing, task queues, SLA handovers • Create standard reports and dashboards in HubSpot • Serve as the central point of contact for HubSpot-related questions, advise teams, and ensure adoption through documentation and training

• You will take on disciplinary leadership of the QA team (currently 8 people), support your team’s development and build a clear career path from Junior to Lead • You define and further develop the QA strategy for the entire engineering organization — including quality gates, Definition-of-Done standards and quality KPIs • You build a cross-cutting test automation platform (E2E, API, integration, UI) and own its integration into our CI/CD pipelines with clear feedback loops and shift-left approaches • You establish a sustainable operating model for the QA function across all product teams and work closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners and DevOps • You create a QA and test automation roadmap as a first-class artifact with quarterly goals and measurable milestones — aligned with engineering and product strategy

• You prepare payment runs independently • You perform the tax review of incoming invoices (e.g., reverse charge) • You maintain open-item (OPOS) accounts and are responsible for resolving outstanding items • You manage and process accounting entries in DATEV and SAP • You act as a point of contact for questions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable and handle correspondence with suppliers and customers • You support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings

• Design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services, with a backend-leaning focus • Actively contribute to changes in legacy systems when required for delivery, stability or safe migration • Translate business requirements into clean technical specifications, meaningful solution designs and robust implementations • Identify and improve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling and structural delivery obstacles • Continuously improve existing systems through refactoring, decoupling and pragmatic modernization during live operation • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Engineers to clarify business rules and technical dependencies • Support junior engineers through code reviews, technical sparring and living best engineering practices

• You take overall strategic responsibility at group level for Public Affairs in Germany, including topic prioritization, stakeholder management and integrated campaign planning. • For additional European markets, you develop independent Public Affairs strategies and implement them effectively. • You systematically monitor and evaluate political and regulatory developments in Germany and across Europe and derive concrete options for action. • You strategically manage external Public Affairs consultants and agencies at national and international levels. • You represent the Bikeleasing Group in political committees, associations and relevant industry networks, closely aligning Public Affairs content with corporate, brand and communications strategy.
