Graphic Designer – Ecommerce

• Digital Asset Creation: Design high-impact visuals for social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), email newsletters, and display advertising. • Ecommerce Optimization: Create web banners, landing page assets, and product infographics that enhance the user journey and increase conversion rates. • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel. • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Marketing and Performance teams to develop creative concepts for seasonal launches and global sales events (e.g., Black Friday). • Creative Iteration: Analyze the performance of your designs and iterate based on data and feedback to maximize ROAS. • Photo/Video Collaboration: Basic retouching of product photography and creating motion graphics or short-form video assets for ads.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, with a strong preference for candidates from an Ecommerce or Digital Agency background.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing performance-based design (ads, landing pages, email marketing) is mandatory.
  • Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva/Figma. Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant plus.
  • Ecommerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, typography, and visual hierarchy tailored for online consumers.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required for collaborating with an international team.
  • Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Environment: Fully comfortable working in a 100% remote setup.

This position enables the eCommerce Director’s strategic vision and provides the National Account Managers with actionable insights needed to grow retailer specific revenue and profitability. The job involves all categories within the ITW Automotive Aftermarket Group which includes Car Care, Tire Repair, Engine Repair and Body Repair. This position is based Remote from Home.
