Role Description The Senior Salesforce CDP Developer plays a pivotal role in designing and managing the Customer Data Platform (CDP) within our Enterprise CRM program. This position is critical to establishing a unified, accurate, and actionable Customer 360 view by integrating and enriching customer data across touchpoints. The developer will lead the implementation of identity resolution, customer segmentation, and data activation strategies while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance. Collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams, this role enables data-driven decision-making and supports advanced use cases such as AI/ML models and real-time engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, data modeling, and large-scale customer data environments. - Design and maintain the Customer 360 data model within Salesforce Data Cloud - Implement robust identity resolution frameworks to unify customer profiles across systems - Develop and manage dynamic customer segments (e.g., VIP, churn risk, lifecycle stages) - Enable seamless data activation into CRM and marketing engagement platforms - Validate and ensure data integrity and consistency from upstream sources - Prepare clean, structured, and compliant datasets to support AI and machine learning initiatives - Enforce data governance policies, consent management, and role-based access controls - Partner with Data Engineering teams on data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline optimization - Build and deploy custom LLMs or AI components when required to enhance data capabilities Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in CDP, data platform, or CRM data roles - Proficiency in SQL (required) - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (required) - Strong understanding of customer data modeling and Customer 360 architecture - Expertise in identity resolution and data matching techniques - Experience working with data pipelines and cross-functional integration teams - Familiarity with data governance, consent frameworks, and access control models - Experience with large-scale customer data environments Requirements - Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem beyond Data Cloud (Nice to Have) - Foundational knowledge of ETL/ELT processes (Nice to Have) - Background in hospitality, gaming, or retail industries (Nice to Have) - Exposure to Kafka or real-time data streaming technologies (Nice to Have)
