Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor (Motion Graphics) who will be responsible for creating motion graphic assets, utilizing excellent video editing techniques and producing complete, engaging motion graphic contents that will drive revenue and reflect our values & principles. Our Creative team turns product value into work people actually want to watch. We combine sharp performance thinking with strong craft across design, editing, motion design, and storytelling to create video ads and brand content that drive business results. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: - Create visually compelling motion graphics from provided design assets using After Effects and other relevant software. - Develop storyboards, animate concepts, and communicate visual ideas clearly to stakeholders and collaborators. - Collaborate with internal and external videographers to capture high-quality footage for a variety of projects. - Edit and post-produce video content, ensuring seamless integration of motion graphics and strong overall storytelling. - Support or lead video shoots, including setup, lighting, sound, and camera operation, when needed. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines. - Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies across motion design, video editing, and production. - Use AI-powered creative tools and video generation frameworks to streamline workflows, explore new creative possibilities, and improve production efficiency. - Work closely with the wider Creative Team to maintain brand consistency and deliver a high standard of visual quality. Qualifications - At least 4 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a related role. - Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong command of other relevant motion design tools. - Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling. - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. - Experience collaborating on video shoots, with working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio production. - A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics, editing craft, and creative problem-solving. - Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and video generation frameworks, with the ability to apply them thoughtfully in production workflows. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work effectively across teams. - Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
