Elevate and Delegate
• Edit short educational videos using raw footage, talking-head content, screen recordings, or multi-camera setups. • Review long-form content (YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts) to identify compelling moments. • Edit high-energy event recaps using professional footage, transitions, text overlays, and music. • Edit full podcast episodes and long-form YouTube videos. • Clean, level, and master audio tracks for podcast release (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.). • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet quick-turn deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Proven video editing experience, specifically in:
- Educational videos
- Short-form social content
- Event highlight reels
- Interviews
- Long-form podcast or YouTube content
- Expert-level proficiency in at least two of the following editing software's:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut
- Strong understanding of:
- Social trends and viral content structure
- Video codecs, formats, and aspect ratios
- Color correction and basic motion graphics
- Audio editing and mixing
- Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative instincts and an eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
