Role Description We are hiring a QA Engineer-I with strong manual testing expertise and mandatory hands-on automation experience . This is a hybrid role (70–80% manual, 20–30% automation) where automation is a core expectation, not optional. Note: - Candidates must have hands-on automation experience to be considered for this role. - This role is fully remote and open to individuals who reside in India . • Design, build, and maintain a scalable E2E automation framework using Cypress.io and Java Script • Implement API automation and write complex SQL queries to validate pricing logic and data accuracy • Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into Jenkins • Participate in design and requirement reviews to identify test scenarios early • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira/ClickUp • Stay updated on Cypress features and industry trends to optimize testing strategy

• Building key product offerings and core infrastructure • Help design, develop, and enhance our architecture to enable new capabilities and improve customer experience • Deliver solutions by integrating new partner companies • Ensure architecture scales well for consistent user experience • Monitor distributed systems for optimal operation • Collaborate with customer-facing, design and data science teams

• Define the roadmap for AI-driven features that turn market data into actionable strategic insights • Design systems that translate complex pricing trends and competitor data into concise, high-context narratives • Develop the logic for proactive recommendations that guide users on "why" and "how" to adjust their strategies • Establish frameworks for AI grounding and RAG to eliminate hallucinations and ensure data reliability • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to optimize prompts, model latency, and output quality • Work with designers to create intuitive "human-in-the-loop" interfaces for auditing and approving AI suggestions • Define KPIs to track how AI features improve user efficiency and revenue performance

• Build, scale, and maintain high-performance APIs that power our revenue management tools. • Design and maintain high-performance REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI. • Utilize Pandas and Polars to manipulate large datasets efficiently. • Design and optimize Generative AI workflows and RAG systems. • Implement strict data validation and settings management using Pydantic. • Optimize backend systems for latency and throughput. • Contribute to the architecture of our distributed data systems.
