Pre-Sales Specialist

LAYERS

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and nurture leads through various inbound and outbound channels. • Maintain regular communication with prospects to drive engagement. • Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with internal teams or partners. • Assign qualified leads to appropriate distributors. • Deliver weekly lead list reports and updates. • Sales Process Support: Follow up weekly on pending demos and meetings. • Ensure proper conversion of leads into scheduled opportunities in the pipeline. • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive). • Collaborate with AI-based SDR tools. • Prepare monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics. • Nurture data in ABM lists. • Identify key decision-makers and collect relevant contact information.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Portuguese is a plus!
  • Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate their value clearly.
  • Proactive and persistent approach to follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work setting.
  • Bonus: Experience in agriculture or geospatial technology is a plus.

Role Description AutoFi is seeking a Captivating Change Management Advisor (CMA) who easily builds rapport, has high energy and a passion to ensure the dealership staff, specifically the managers know how to use AutoFi and incorporate AutoFi into their daily routine. This requires working in person, side by side with Finance Managers, Sales Managers, GSMs, and GMs while they work car deals. This role will sit on a sales desk with the managers of the dealership and show them how to sell cars using AutoFi. This role requires you to be comfortable presenting numbers to customers, negotiating the terms of a car deal, overcoming objections, closing car deals, and presenting F&I products.
