Qualifications - Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and or related field or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a technical/pre-sales role as a Sales or Systems Engineer. - Extensive experience in designing/engineering/consulting on LAN/WAN, Campus, Data Center, Security, and Cloud technology solutions. - Extensive experience in implementing and operating small-mid-large-scale Campus and branch networks utilizing enterprise Networking and Security solutions. - Extensive experience and depth of knowledge around the HPE Networking product line, key competitors’ products, solutions, and vertical market use cases. - Long-established experience and hands-on expertise with networking industry technologies across routing, switching, and security technology domains from a pre-sale, operational or engineering point of view. - Solid interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills with extensive experience in customer-facing sales activities (presenting, whiteboarding etc.) and Exec/C-level engagements. - Recognized technical capability, ability to learn quickly, and apply skills in new protocols and applications and their context to customers. - Deep understanding of Routing Protocols (IGPs, EGPs, Layer-2/3 VPN’s). - Extensive experience of datacenter network design (EVPN/VXLAN, Clos architectures, underlay fabric). - Extensive experience of MPLS and WAN network design (LDP, RSVP, SR-TE, etc.). - Experience of network security (NGFW, UTM, DDoS, IPSec, MACSec, SIEM) is an advantage. - Experience with management solutions such as Paragon, MIST, Apstra or equivalent competitive products is an advantage. - Hands-on experience with either Juniper or other vendors solutions.
