We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp Enterprise Account Executive to own our most strategic accounts and close deals that move the needle. You’ll join a tight knit GTM team scaling fast, and play a hands-on role in shaping how the best brands modernize customer engagement with Hatch’s AI agents. What You’ll Do - Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to close across inbound and outbound opportunities - Partner with GTM teammates (SDRs, Marketing, and Leadership) to execute on a tight, high-quality pipeline strategy - Consistently hit and exceed quota, building a repeatable playbook for overachievement. - Travel strategically for key deals, on-sites and major industry events. - Work in person with sales leadership approx 50-70% of the time.
