Role Description Evolve Early Learning Centre is a premier childcare facility committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary CEO to lead our organization and shape the future of our centre. As the CEO, you will be responsible for: - Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the centre’s mission, vision, and goals. - Leading and motivating a highly dedicated team towards delivering exceptional childcare services and creating a positive work culture. - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements. - Overseeing the financial management of the centre, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with families, community organizations, and other stakeholders. - Driving innovation and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the centre’s programs and services. - Managing and monitoring the performance of all departments and providing guidance and support where needed. - Ensuring a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff members. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the childcare industry, preferably as a Director or CEO. - In-depth knowledge of early childhood education, development, and best practices. - Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive change. - Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders. - Experience in managing and developing a team to deliver exceptional results. - Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
