Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Web – Mobile
BEGiN
• Own and scale Begin’s full-funnel acquisition and growth strategy across web and mobile ecosystems. • Lead the performance marketing engine responsible for driving efficient subscriber growth for product lines. • Oversee acquisition strategy, experimentation, media investment, attribution, forecasting, and funnel optimization across major paid channels. • Shape how to acquire customers and build a scalable growth system. • Design and operationalize sophisticated experimentation frameworks across creative strategy and audience segmentation. • Establish scalable testing infrastructure and best practices across growth channels.
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition across web and mobile.
- Significant experience in consumer subscription businesses, ideally trial-driven models.
- Proven track record scaling acquisition programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and additional growth channels.
- Strong expertise in: Subscription economics, LTV modeling, Funnel optimization, Attribution and incrementality, Growth experimentation.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets with accountability to CAC, ROAS, payback, and contribution margin targets.
- Deep analytical fluency across GA4, Looker, AppsFlyer, Excel/Sheets, and related growth tooling.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Creative teams.
- Prior people management experience strongly preferred.
