Talent Acquisition Partner
S&S Activewear
• Support managers in defining role requirements, success criteria, and interview plans. • Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and market insights. • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using active and passive methods, including AI enabled tools (Paradox, LinkedIn AI features). • Coordinate structured interviews, ensure timely feedback, and maintain a consistent candidate experience. • Support compensation alignment, offer preparation, and candidate closing. • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates for recurring or high-volume roles. • Manage requisitions, candidate movement, and reporting within Workday. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. • Use metrics (Power BI or similar) to monitor funnel health, hiring velocity, and process effectiveness. • Conduct talent research to understand availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape. • Use automation tools to support scheduling, communications, and screening. • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. • Use social and digital platforms to attract and engage candidates. • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities. • Support the creation and rollout of recruiting guides, templates, and tools for hiring managers. • Ensure adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and audit standards. • Support broader HR initiatives and cross functional projects as needed. • Build strong partnerships across HR, Operations, and business units. • Partner with external agencies and vendors when appropriate. • Manage both hands-on recruiting and program support for corporate and field hiring.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in corporate or multi unit environments
- Ability to advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies and candidate evaluation
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate hiring needs into effective recruiting plans
- Experience sourcing and building both active and passive pipelines
- Hands on experience with Workday Recruiting and familiarity with modern recruiting technologies
- Data driven approach with experience using metrics to improve outcomes
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
