• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels. • Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Handle job postings, CV screening, and candidate shortlisting. • Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
  • Previous experience hiring in GCC countries is a must.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Previous Experience in Using ATS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
