• Establish and grow strong presence within assigned sales region • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Meet and exceed assigned quotas and KPI’s • Analyze and control expenditures of channel to conform to budgetary requirements
Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years’ sales experience in channel sales management (rep groups, distributors, accounts) in the Access Control space
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (such as Salesforce.com) and MS Office applications
