Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in project/program management roles
- Advanced ability in 365 Office and Project/Process Tools skills
- AI tools skills are also preferable
- Skilled in the phases of project/program management including stakeholder and change management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented experience with strong stakeholder communications and problem-solving skills, including process improvement
- Proven ability with task prioritization and time management skills
- High level of fluency in English language skills; another spoken language is ideal, Japanese is a plus
- Governance Experience-coordination skills and background

Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager with deep experience leading enterprise telephony and digital security/access management initiatives. This role will drive large-scale modernization projects involving: - Voice infrastructure - Identity and access management - Authentication technologies - Enterprise security platforms The ideal candidate combines strong technical project leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and enterprise risk.
