AIP Connect
• Phase 1: Digital Growth & SEO (50%) - Search Engine Optimization: Perform keyword research to identify high-intent terms for hiring managers and candidates; optimize website metadata, headers, and image alt-text. - Inbound Strategy: Manage the AIP Connect Linkedin page ensuring content is optimized to convert organic visitors into business leads. - Analytics & Reporting: Use Analytics and Search Console to track traffic growth and analyze areas of improement on our digital footprint. - Social Amplification: Bridge the gap between SEO and Social Media by ensuring our LinkedIn content is keyword-rich and drives traffic back to our site. • Phase 2: Recruitment & Admin Operations (50%) - Sourcing & Research: Support consultants by building long-lists of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. - Job Board Mastery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of job postings (Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal ATS). Ensure descriptions are engaging and formatted for maximum visibility. - Candidate Experience Admin: Coordinate interview scheduling, manage the collection of reference checks, and ensure candidate files are compliant and up-to-date in our database. - Presentation Support: Format and polish candidate presentation decks before they are sent to high-value clients.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in a role that blended marketing tasks with administrative or recruitment support.
- Technical Skills: * Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page and technical basics).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and WordPress (or similar CMS).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
- Communication: A wordsmith who can write a technical SEO meta-description in the morning and an empathetic candidate rejection or outreach email in the afternoon.
- Organization: High attention to detail; you’re the person who catches a typo in a job post at 100 paces.

Role Description As a Contract Talent Sourcer at Cardinal, you will be the engine behind our talent pipeline. Your mission is to find and engage high-potential candidates for critical roles across our portfolio.
