• Run the President's daily check-in: align priorities, surface risks, and flag when urgent noise is crowding out strategic work • Own his inbox and Slack, triage, draft, route, and maintain zero-drop accountability on everything that requires his attention • Turn recorded meeting transcripts into clear action items within 24 hours, and track them to completion • Manage the calendar end-to-end, protecting high-leverage time and coordinating across executives, attorneys, and external partners • Coordinate across ops, finance, tech, and people teams, tracking open loops on key hires, state launches, and board follow-ups • Support executive onboarding, travel logistics, off-sites, and board meeting preparation • Give direct, honest pushback when the President needs it, and have the judgment to know when to hold back
• Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for all employee leaves of absence • Manage the end-to-end LOA process: intake, documentation, certification tracking, communication with the employee and their manager, return-to-work coordination, and record keeping • Ensure LOA administration is compliant with applicable federal, state, and local law • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and issues • Conduct or support investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, and workplace concerns • Provide managers with clear, practical support on performance documentation, disciplinary process, accommodations, and employee concerns • Administer HRIS (Rippling) including employee records
• Join a rapidly growing national firm at a formative stage • Make a visible, measurable impact on a rapidly growing business • Own product execution through a team of Technical Product Managers • Report to senior leadership and work closely with engineering org • Architect systems from the ground up • Drive the build of a custom AI-enabled CRM • Oversee the development of a client-facing portal • Manage the migration away from Salesforce and Filevine • Ensure initiatives have a clear definition of done and a path to adoption
• Claims Verification Workup and Case Investigation • Confirm stated injuries meet catastrophic criteria; manage catastrophic injury verification and declassification in Filevine • Verify coverage in both disclosure and non-disclosure states; identify all liable parties and carriers; conduct umbrella checks and send excess coverage preservation letters • For commercial cases: confirm MCS-90 documentation and commercial classification fields in Filevine • Request police reports; initiate medical records retrieval alongside our dedicated Retrieval team • Assess whether a life care plan is needed; document lost income and earning potential • Arrange vehicle photography and long-term storage; request black box preservation, ELD/driver logs, and dash cam footage on tractor trailer cases • Send preservation letters to all involved parties; request surveillance footage from nearby cameras • Coordinate expert engagement as directed • Investigate potential defendants • Collect funeral expenses and receipts; complete conflict checks; confirm CFA signatory authority • Connect clients to probate attorneys on contingency; determine if an estate has been established; identify wrongful death beneficiaries • Draft and submit demand packages. Ensure complete, organized case files are ready at handoff to the Litigation team • Create tasks for Attorneys at handoff points; ensure all pre-litigation deadlines and documentation requirements are met • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes—not just following existing playbooks
