Role Description As a Customer Sales Manager (CSM), you’ll join Cardinal’s Centralized Services department (CX3) to support and manage a team of Customer Sales Specialists (CSS), focused on all aspects of the leasing process across multiple contracted communities. This position will have a heavy focus on maintaining the portfolio’s performance in operations, accounting, and financial sectors, providing training, and coaching to team members in their assigned portfolio as needed. The Operations Performance Analyst will work alongside the Portfolio/Regional Manager providing support in overseeing the performance of team members assigned to their community set.
