Job Description

Shopper Marketing Coordinator – Contract Role

Kettle & Fire

• Coordinate development and production of in-store POS materials (such as displays, shelf talkers, signage, coupon pads, etc.) • Partner with sales teams to ensure flawless in-store execution at key retail accounts with full scale tracking and reporting • Execute retailer digital campaigns across platforms including Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, and Instacart — supporting strategy, trafficking, and performance monitoring • Manage and optimize retailer.com content including product pages, imagery, A+ content, and ratings & reviews to maximize digital shelf presence • Build and distribute sell-in decks, one-pagers, and 360 campaign calendars to keep internal sales teams and broker partners informed and equipped • Compile and share campaign performance recaps and key insights with internal stakeholders and external partners in clear, action-oriented formats • Support brand campaign planning by coordinating timelines, consolidating inputs, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with the broader marketing team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, or similar field (CPG or food & beverage preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong proficiency in deck building
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fundamental understanding of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with bias toward action
  • Exposure to digital retail media, sponsored search, or e-commerce content management
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data platforms such as IRI/Nielsen/SPINS
  • Deep familiarity with AI systems (for deck creation, calendar management, etc)
