Associate National Account Manager – B2C Mass Market
Moen
• Partner with assigned accounts to support achievement of annual Top-Line Sales plans on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis • Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to develop account strategies and shared plans that support Moen product success • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and increase product visibility within existing accounts • Coordinate and support marketing and promotional initiatives that help retailers effectively showcase Moen products • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with account stakeholders • Partner with the Sales Director to develop and track annual sales forecasts and communicate key initiatives • Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer experiences through store visits, sales data, and industry networking • Support key eCommerce initiatives with assigned accounts, including retail media, online marketplace coordination, content, and brand awareness • Serve as a trusted connection between customers and internal teams, sharing insights that help shape future initiatives • Apply financial awareness to help identify opportunities that benefit both Moen and our retail partners • Share ideas for process improvements and collaborative solutions that enhance account support and operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management, including 2+ years in national account management
- Experience working with retailers or etailers (preferably Walmart) and understanding of the retail sales process
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze sales data and develop customer-facing presentations
- Demonstrated experience analyzing SKU-level sales performance, category trends, and competitive activity to support account planning and business decisions
- Demonstrated experience applying marketing, operational, and financial performance metrics to evaluate opportunities and support account strategies
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and support negotiations that drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ability to travel approximately 30%, including overnight travel
