• Apoiar o desenvolvimento de soluções usando Python ou Node.js; • Aprender e aplicar conceitos de cloud computing com AWS (como Lambda, S3, API Gateway); • Trabalhar com bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL; • Automatizar tarefas com RPA e colaborar com a equipe em integrações de sistemas via APIs; • Apoiar na construção e manutenção de soluções com RAG (indexação, busca vetorial e geração de respostas); • Auxiliar na criação e testes de Agents de IA voltados a automação de tarefas e fluxos inteligentes; • Participar de reuniões técnicas e aprender com clientes e colegas; • Ajudar a testar e implementar soluções com foco em inovação; • Escrever códigos limpos, com boa documentação e foco em aprendizado contínuo.
Job Requirements
- Boa noção de lógica aplicada em situações reais em Python ou Node.js, mesmo que em projetos pessoais ou estudos;
- Boa noção de APIs REST e integrações entre sistemas;
- Curiosidade sobre computação em nuvem, especialmente AWS;
- Boa noção de banco de dados (SQL e NoSQL);
- Interesse em IA generativa, RAG e Agents de IA;
- Conhecimento básico de Git;
- Conhecimentos básicos ou experiência inicial com Python ou Node.js.

Role Description Nabis is seeking an Engineering Lead to guide the technical direction, execution, and growth of our V2 Platform. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-impact products. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Product, Design, Operations, and external partners—to deliver holistic solutions that advance Nabis’ mission and support our rapidly growing customer base. This is a fully remote position. The Engineering Lead will steward team performance, elevate engineering standards, and help shape the next generation of Nabis’ technology.
