• Apply the established visual direction across a high volume of existing page designs in Figma • Work from a defined web style guide to maintain consistency across page types and templates • Collaborate closely with the internal lead on daily priorities and design decisions • Contribute refinements to the web style guide as needed, under the lead’s direction • Hand off approved Figma files to the web team for CMS implementation
Job Requirements
- Strong Figma skills — confident working at pace within an established design system
- A sharp eye for page layout, visual hierarchy, alignment, and web typography
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology web design
- Comfortable operating with direction, not ambiguity — you’re executing a vision, not defining one
- Familiarity with design-to-CMS handoff workflows is a plus
- Working proficiency in Asana for task and project tracking
