Product Solutions Designer
PatientPoint
• Triage requests from across the organization, determine what is worth solving, and conduct the discovery work needed to understand it • Own the end-to-end user experience • Use low-code platforms, no-code tools, and AI-assisted development to move from design to working prototype • Work with the rest of the team to transition prototype solutions into wide-scale applications • Own your portfolio of projects and communicate status without needing to be closely managed.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in roles that combine problem-solving, process improvement, and hands-on solution delivery
- You design interfaces that are clear, functional, and intuitive
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools required.
- You can lead intake conversations with stakeholders across the organization
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Retool)
- You understand how databases work, can explore data in tools like Snowflake

• Create and adapt visual materials for Trade Marketing activities, including Point of Sale (POS) communications, window displays, signage, displays, totems and gondola/shelf materials. • Develop pieces for wholesale and retail campaigns, such as catalogs, promotional materials and presentations. • Adapt and roll out layouts according to brand guidelines and channel requirements (wholesale and retail). • Execute final artwork for digital and printed materials, ensuring technical standards suitable for production. • Prepare and review files for print and graphic production (bleed, color, resolution and file formats). • Ensure visual consistency and correct application of the brand identity across all materials. • Organize and maintain files, templates and working folders in a structured manner. • Review and adjust existing materials as required for campaigns and activations.
