• Act as support to a Manager, Strategy & Insights, managing the timing and execution of third-party market research projects • Evaluate customer ad performance • Translate results provided by a third-party vendor into concise PowerPoint slides • Investigate data discrepancies • Collaborate within the team to optimize the analysis process and help pinpoint areas of improvement and efficiency • Present findings internally, communicating complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner
• Support end-to-end survey-based research and campaign measurement across assigned clients, including survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting • Design, write, and program questionnaires in Qualtrics • With guidance, translate campaign objectives into research inputs, including assisting in survey design and KPI tracking • Clean and analyze survey data using SPSS, R, or similar data analysis tool; manipulate large datasets using Excel. • Assist in developing clear, visually compelling reports; present findings to internal stakeholders • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring visibility into status and next steps • Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools, trackers, and knowledge systems (e.g., case studies, benchmarks). • Help document processes, improve workflows, and contribute to team efficiency through operational improvements.
