Role Description As a Senior Program Manager at Edmentum, you'll play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation and delivering high-impact programs that shape the future of education. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes. This is a role for a seasoned PMO practitioner who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who is energized by the chance to elevate how the entire organization gets work done. - Lead enterprise-level programs from start to finish, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. - Drive transformation initiatives that matter, including process redesign, operational improvements, and change enablement across diverse teams. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and translating complex information into actionable insights. - Champion PMO excellence by contributing to standards, templates, and best practices that elevate program management discipline across the organization. - Own outcomes and impact, ensuring programs deliver measurable business results while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies. - Foster collaboration and integration, working across functions to break down silos and create solutions for systemic challenges. - Mentor peers and uplift program management capabilities, leading initiatives that strengthen organizational agility and delivery discipline. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive program management experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs from strategy through delivery. - Strong transformation acumen, with hands-on experience in solution design, process re-engineering, and organizational change. - Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, adapting approach to fit the needs of each initiative. - Strong command of governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and benefits tracking. - Expert with program management and planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and proficient with workflow, knowledge management, and BI tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI). - Strong and comfortable operating in technical environments and partnering with technical teams on solution design. - Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, translating complex information into compelling insights for senior stakeholders. - Strategic thinker who influences without direct authority and thrives on building cross-functional alignment. - Inclusive, collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and champions organizational values. - Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred). - Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs. Core Responsibilities - Partnership & Relationship Management - Serve as the primary relationship manager between Leading Edge and the Constructive Dialogue Institute. - Cultivate a collaborative partnership that supports high-quality delivery and ongoing learning. - Ensure any additional training and support needs (e.g. train-the-trainer) are met by CDI. - Program Leadership & Implementation - Lead the rollout and implementation of the constructive dialogue training initiative across Leading Edge’s network. - Determine where content may need to be customized to ensure learning can apply to a range of audiences. - Oversee program timelines, logistics, communications, and participant engagement to ensure strong execution and progress toward initiative goals. - Partner with internal program leads to integrate constructive dialogue practices and content into existing offerings. - Identify opportunities to extend CDI learning into practical tools, resources, and experiences. - Determine and pilot additional ways to grow constructive dialogue skills across the field. - Help define how constructive dialogue shows up as a core component of Leading Edge’s talent and culture standards. - Field Engagement & Recruitment - Set and drive ambitious recruitment goals to engage Jewish nonprofit professionals in the program. - Partner with Leading Edge Outreach and Engagement team to identify organizations where constructive dialogue skills can have meaningful impact. - Learning & Evaluation - Monitor participation and program outcomes, gather participant feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen the initiative over time. - Contribute insights about how constructive dialogue practices can support healthier workplace cultures across the Jewish nonprofit sector. Qualifications - Proven experience managing and building high-performing programs, partnerships, or initiatives. - A belief in and enthusiasm for the concepts of constructive dialogue and viewpoint diversity. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or teams. - Experience and comfort with facilitating adult learning. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. - U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
