As a Business Intelligence Analyst, Product Analytics, you'll be a critical data partner for our Product organization, building the analytical infrastructure that tells the story of our customers. You'll: - Collaborate with Product teams to understand reporting needs, identify and develop data models in support of self-service, advise on event tracking definitions, and empower self-service in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel. - Build the data quality infrastructure and governance frameworks needed to empower self-service analytics through AI, ensuring stakeholders can confidently trust the results. - Develop dashboards and data visualizations in Hex and Sigma that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the Product organization, while collaborating with PMs to address data needs for upcoming features on the product roadmap. - Design and maintain robust data models using SQL in dbt, creating a single source of truth that drives strategic decision-making. - Contribute to the roadmap with Product stakeholders to define goals, prioritize work, and communicate expected timelines and deliverables. - Proactively identify gaps in analytics infrastructure and present solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field. - Solid experience in Data Analytics, or a similar role that involves user behavior analysis, preferably in a B2C setting. - Prior experience working with Product teams and Product Analytics (such as A/B testing, funnel analysis, event tracking, user journey analysis, etc.). - Advanced SQL skills. - Experience developing data models in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, or similar tools). - Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Collaborative approach to problem-solving and team dynamics. - Comfort with a remote work environment, collaborating with team members across the globe.
