Expanded Core Strategy & Operations Director

Fetch 📦

Role Description Fetch is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations supporting our Expanded Core verticals. In this high-impact, senior individual contributor role, you’ll act as a strategic thought partner to the Expanded Core SVP and their leaders overseeing Fetch Play (Gaming), Shop (Retail), Pay (Credit Card), and 3rd Party Partnerships. You’ll shape and execute initiatives that fuel growth, sharpen execution, and bring clarity to complexity. As a key player in some of Fetch’s newest business areas, you will have a unique vantage point to understand our most promising growth initiatives. In this role, you'll help the SVP and their leaders focus on what matters most by “cutting through the noise” and making sure all strategy and operations decisions are data-driven and properly sequenced and prioritized. You’ll also play a key role in channel management across our sales teams and expanded core verticals – ensuring execution and coordination across teams. You will be hands-on with data collection, generating insights through analysis, and crafting high-impact recommendations for the SVP and the Fetch executive team. This role is a blend of strategy and operations, requiring the ability to leverage data-backed insights to align on high-level strategy and then operationalize that strategy through the team to ensure execution and performance. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or sales strategy & operations, with specific experience working on zero to one and/or one to two businesses in this capacity. - Ability to break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop actionable, high-impact solutions. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) to extract and interpret data for informed decision-making. - Ability to leverage data insights to drive strategy and operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - A “get things done” attitude with a proven track record of successfully driving initiatives from planning to execution. - Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to evaluate business performance and guide strategic decisions. - Familiarity with tech industry product development processes and lifecycle for consumer and enterprise businesses. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines. - Experience in streamlining processes using technology to improve efficiency and scalability. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the flexibility to pivot as business priorities evolve. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to approach problems systematically and deliver well-rounded solutions. Requirements - Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, helping “champion and challenge” key decisions; then once decisions are made, helping them prioritize and drive the action plans that promote growth and success for the Expanded Core businesses. - Perform in-depth data collection and analysis to inform decision-making, framing trade-offs and providing actionable recommendations that balance risk and reward. - Ensure focused execution of product strategies, driving focus on key milestones and KPIs while minimizing distractions and maximizing execution velocity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key metrics, and develop dashboards (as needed), ensuring a unified view of business performance. - Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to the SVP and their leaders, as well as the Fetch executive team, supporting high-level decision-making. Benefits - Competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits. - The base salary range for this position is $188,820 - $222,141. - Discover our benefits and how our employees live rewarded at https://fetch.com/careers .

Role Description One of the top-performing Realty ONE Group franchise organizations in the world is seeking a high-level Integrator to drive execution across the organization. Realty ONE Group MVP currently supports approximately 1,100 agents across 10 Florida franchise locations. Leadership associated with the organization has previously overseen billions in residential real estate sales volume across multiple brokerage operations. The CEO previously founded and scaled one of the nation’s top independent real estate brokerages before leading the growth of Realty ONE Group MVP across Florida. Now he’s ready to fully step into the Visionary seat and focus on growth, brand, relationships, and long-term strategy. He needs an Integrator who can take the vision and turn it into execution across every part of the business. That’s you, if you’ve scaled something before and can prove it. THE OPPORTUNITY - This is a rare seat. - This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role inside an established platform with real scale, infrastructure, and leadership support. - You are stepping into a proven organization with significant opportunity ahead. - EOS is already implemented. The team is in place. The agent base is established. - What’s missing is the operator who can take the company from 1,100 agents to the next level while building the operational and revenue infrastructure to support sustainable growth. - The CEO is intentionally transitioning day-to-day operational oversight to a proven operational leader who can drive execution, accountability, and organizational alignment across the business. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - AGENT RECRUITING: Optimize recruiting systems, hold the recruiting team accountable to KPIs, and help drive sustainable net growth. - AGENT RETENTION: Protect and improve attrition rates, which have already been reduced from 33% to approximately 14% annually. - REVENUE GROWTH: Identify, prioritize, and execute the next revenue levers for growth. - OPERATIONS & ACCOUNTABILITY: Run the weekly L10 cadence, hold 12 remote staff accountable to rocks and KPIs, and make operational decisions independently. - FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: Oversee P&L management, AR/AP processes, budget accountability, and operational financial discipline. - CULTURE: Build systems, communication rhythms, events, and engagement strategies that strengthen connection, retention, and long-term loyalty. Qualifications - 10+ years of professional experience with 5–7+ years in a senior operations or second-in-command role (COO, Director of Operations, VP Operations, or equivalent Integrator seat). - Proven and quantified track record of scaling a business, division, or multi-location operation with measurable before-and-after results. - P&L ownership and direct financial management experience at the organizational level. - Experience leading multiple departments and holding senior leaders accountable to KPIs. - EOS experience (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or experience with a similar operating framework and the ability to ramp up quickly. - Ability to lead with accountability while maintaining trust and respect within an independent contractor environment. - Experience leading remote or distributed teams. - Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree; but not required with equivalent operational leadership experience. - Background in real estate brokerage, franchise operations, or multi-location service businesses. - Experience navigating company consolidation, acquisition, or major structural transition. - Track record of building ancillary revenue streams or bolt-on services alongside a core business. - Experience scaling a company through a plateau, not just early-stage growth. - Familiarity with high-volume transaction environments (4,000+ transactions annually). Benefits - Fully remote | Central or Eastern Time Zone preferred. - $150,000 base salary | W-2. - Performance-based bonus structure tied to organizational growth and operational performance. - 2 weeks PTO (flexible for the right candidate). - Quarterly in-person travel to Florida for leadership events and retreats expected. What This Role Is Not - Not a broker or agent-facing production role. - Not an administrative or coordinator position. - Not a role with a fully built playbook waiting for you. - Not for someone who requires constant approval to make operational decisions.
