• Own the full member lifecycle: welcome call, 90-day onboarding milestones, quarterly touchpoints, health checks, renewal, and ascension • Design and run onboarding calls for every new member, scheduled within days of enrollment • Elevate the systems and SOPs supporting the member experience • Proactively re-engage members who miss events or go quiet — before they disengage further • Facilitate warm introductions between members based on their business and goals • Identify and place upgrade/ascension opportunities (higher membership tiers, 1:1 coaching) in front of members at the right moment, rather than waiting to be asked • Own the renewal conversation and, when needed, the exit interview — finding alternative solutions (downgrades, custom arrangements) before a member leaves • Eventually hire, train, and manage a team of Member Success Advisors who follow the SOPs you build

• Own end-to-end K-1 project management across 100+ entities with a hard March 15th delivery target • Manage the relationship with our third-party CPA firm — set milestones, surface blockers, hold the partnership accountable • Collect and organize financial records, cap table documentation, and entity filings from club leaders • Review completed 1065s and K-1s for accuracy; manage delivery to investors • Monitor the distributions calendar and process distributions on the platform • Reconcile against source records; diagnose and resolve discrepancies • File engineering tickets for platform-related issues; create custom transaction summaries as needed • Manage annual and franchise tax reports across multiple states • Track platform fees and support accounts receivable as properties transition • Support closings-to-operations onboarding documentation • Share ownership of the Zendesk queue with a 48-hour SLA • Respond to investor and club leader inquiries on K-1s, distributions, and account questions • Escalate platform bugs to Engineering; use ticket patterns to flag systemic improvements
