Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales (preferred).
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- A highly self-motivated and resilient mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other sales channels. - Identify decision-makers within chemical manufacturing, industrial processing, engineering, and technical organizations. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and fit. - Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives. - Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and lead statuses within CRM platforms. - Research target companies and industry trends to personalize outreach campaigns. - Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies. - Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle. - Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, lead qualification, and booked meetings.
