The individual will perform management tasks including but not limited to: - Liaison between the contractor personnel and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). - Responsible for all administrative matters and ensures proper methodology and procedures are followed to meet requirements in task order. - Provides management and oversight of all contractors assigned to the requirement. - Meets monthly with COR. - Provides monthly report of contractor activity. Qualifications - Must have PMP Certification. - Must have at least five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager OR no degree but at least ten (10) years’ experience in project management involving multi-disciplinary efforts. Requirements - Must have prior FBI consulting experience. Role Description As AI Program and Execution Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our AI portfolio. The Opportunity: The Emerging Adult Housing Program Manager is a member of the Placement Continuum Unit, a group of dedicated social service professionals. The Placement Continuum Unit is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of programs and services that assist DCYF in achieving positive outcomes for children and families involved with the child welfare system. This program manager for this position develops, implements, and manages transitional living placement programs for foster youth, ages 16 to 21. These programs promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care and help youth maintain placement stability to prevent homelessness as they transition into early adulthood. This position provides leadership, consultation, and support to other DCYF divisions and to contracted providers regarding services and programs that help ensure successful transitions into adulthood for youth and young adults in DCYF’s care. This position acts as a liaison, subject-matter expert, and point of contact for providers and partners concerning the Emerging Adulthood Housing Programs (EAHP). These programs currently include the Adolescent Transitional Living Program (ATLP) and Responsible Living Skills Programs (RLSP), and new programs in the future.
