PurposeBuilt Brands
• Support P&L management and financial analysis to drive profitability and achieve annual financial targets • Conduct ongoing analysis of shipment and POS data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop action plans in response • Support development and execution of advertising, promotional, and media plans in partnership with internal and external resources • Help maintain and evolve consumer and customer-facing content, claims, and product benefit communication • Leverage consumer data, macro trends, and category insights to evaluate new product extensions and adjacencies • Partner with innovation and project management teams to bring new products to market on time and on brief • Align brand channel strategy with sales team priorities • Develop persuasive sales presentation materials for line reviews and brand initiatives • Support pricing strategy development and alignment
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of brand or product management experience in a CPG environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with shipment data, POS trends, and P&L analysis
- Experience developing consumer-facing communications, media plans, and sales materials
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
- Clear, concise communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Experience supporting new product development with cross-functional partners
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
