Role Description BeInCrypto's engineering team is looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus to join us. The core of this role is backend development in Rust and Python-based automation — building reliable services, automation pipelines, and data workflows that power our platform. We're looking for someone hands-on and pragmatic — comfortable owning backend services end-to-end, writing automation scripts, and managing databases at scale. • Located at the customers to support the customer. • A GE Aerospace Field Service Engineer (FSE) is primarily based as the customer location, supporting them with on-site technical troubleshooting and fleet management problem solving. • Offer technical direction and assistance to the customers operation, inspections, maintenance, and repair of assigned fleets. • Deliver prompt, effective solutions that address customer issues and exceed their expectations, driving loyalty and long-term partnerships. • Track reliability and on-wing performance, including significant events, engine removals, delays, and cancellations. • Influence airline stakeholders to implement critical reliability improvements. • Influence maintenance planning to ensure the stability of the aircraft engine fleet. • Review the effectiveness of maintenance actions to identify opportunities for improvement. • Utilise our FLIGHT DECK principles to deliver continuous improvement, identifying proactive reliability enhancements. • Produce data analytics and timely reports on fleet status, program updates, events, and trends for key internal stakeholders. • Provide recommendations for proactive maintenance based on engine performance analytics.
