• Act as the primary point of contact for all People-related matters in India, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the employee lifecycle. • Build strong relationships with managers and act as a trusted partner on team effectiveness, performance, and organizational challenges. • Translate business priorities into practical, actionable people plans that support growth and execution. • Execute across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding) with a focus on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement. • Lead a small HR team while remaining deeply hands-on — setting direction, challenging ways of working, driving accountability, and stepping in directly to ensure strong execution. • Design and implement scalable HR processes and workflows that support business objectives. • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. • Support and scale initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and alignment with company values.
Job Requirements
- Progressive HR experience, including HRBP or strategic HR exposure
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment practices
- Experience working in a global organization
- Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Exposure to HR transformation, process standardization, and policy design
- Experience balancing HR operations with business partnership responsibilities
