• Sviluppare la presenza dei brand Essity all’interno dei punti vendita (ipermercati e supermercati) • Gestire e consolidare relazioni con i responsabili di punto vendita, diventando partner di riferimento • Analizzare i bisogni dei clienti e proporre soluzioni commerciali efficaci e mirate • Garantire un’eccellente visibilità a scaffale, lavorando su assortimento, posizionamento e display • Guidare e monitorare l’efficacia delle attività promozionali e delle iniziative di trade marketing • Gestire gli ordini diretti con clienti chiave (Coop, Finiper, Conad), ove previsto • Monitorare costantemente andamento vendite, mercato e attività dei competitor • Individuare nuove opportunità di sviluppo commerciale sul territorio • Utilizzare strumenti e sistemi aziendali per tracciare attività, risultati e KPI
Job Requirements
- Esperienza, anche breve, in contesti FMCG / GDO, in ambito sell-in, sell-out o trade marketing
- Interesse per ruoli commerciali dinamici e orientati al contatto diretto con il mercato
- Forte orientamento ai risultati e motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione
- Autonomia organizzativa e capacità di gestione delle priorità
- Disponibilità a lavorare sul territorio con frequenti spostamenti
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office

Job Description ServiceNow is currently seeking a highly driven Commercial Account Executive to join our expanding Commercial Sales team. The Commercial AE will be responsible for strategically prospecting into new accounts, expanding usage within existing customer base, and ensuring these customers continue to get value from the NOW Platform. The candidate will be an individual with a demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation within an Enterprise capacity. They will collaborate with their team of Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quota and build the future of ServiceNow sales talent. What you get to do in this role: - Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives. - Manage sales opportunities and business relationships with influential contacts within Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts. - Focus on understanding an organisation's business drivers, challenges, pain points and how ServiceNow solutions map to these. - Strategically prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities and pipeline. - Follow the Value Selling sales process to win new business, expand within existing accounts and ensure contract renewals. - Collaborate with an extended team and coordinate resources necessary to further the sales cycle, including Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Partners and more. - Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, and strategic account plans. - Work towards daily, monthly and quarterly KPI metrics such as new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ACV bookings and Renewal Rates. - Mentor team members and work on collaborative projects to help bring value to the team. - Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. - A demonstrable track record of success within a telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling or new business sales capacity - 1-3+ years of full sales cycle experience gained within software or solution sales organization - Experience in selling enterprise class solutions utilizing telephone and video conference technology - A thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress complex sales cycles - Sales force automation, enterprise resource planning or other IT infrastructure management (monitoring and discovery) technologies a definite plus. - Presentation skills via web based tools will be a distinct advantage - Excellent listening, verbal and written skills - Excellent relationship building skills - Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects and internal colleagues - Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance, deliverables and deadlines - Fluent Norwegian and English TR21 Additional Information Work Personas We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
