Your Role We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to take full ownership of your sales territory. From building pipeline and prospecting aggressively, to delivering high-impact demos and closing deals, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You’ll lead every step of the sales process, working closely with marketing, product, and success teams to deliver value at every touchpoint. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, with three in-office days per week. Key Responsibilities - Run high-impact discovery calls to uncover deep pain points. - Clearly communicate Swap’s value: cross-border solutions, returns, and revenue retention. - Manage multiple stakeholders, negotiations, and close confidently. - Own your pipeline - no deal left untouched. - Use HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav daily to maximise performance. Qualifications - Proven experience closing deals in SaaS, ideally with a focus on e-commerce brands. - Proven history hitting (and exceeding) sales quotas. - High-energy, commercial approach - relentless about driving deals forward. - Exceptional discovery, demo, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of e-commerce and tech stack integrations. • Define and execute the global information security strategy aligned to business growth • Serve as the executive owner of security risk management across all regions • Report regularly to the executive team and board on security posture, risk, and compliance • Own the end-to-end delivery and ongoing maintenance of ISO certification • Lead all ISO audits, acting as primary interface with external auditors • Manage ongoing surveillance audits and recertification cycles • Build and maintain a scalable Information Security Management System (ISMS) • Ensure audit readiness is continuous, not event-driven • Drive remediation of audit findings and ensure closure of non-conformities within deadlines • Ensure alignment with global compliance frameworks including: SOC 2, GDPR, NIST Cybersecurity Framework • Lead internal audits and risk assessments across engineering, infrastructure, and corporate systems • Partner with Legal, HR, and Engineering to embed security controls across all functions • Oversee incident response planning and execution across global teams • Define and enforce security policies, standards, and controls • Ensure effective vulnerability management, penetration testing, and threat monitoring • Partner with Engineering to embed security into architecture and SDLC • Work closely with Product and GTM teams to meet enterprise customer security requirements • Support sales and procurement processes for security reviews and questionnaires

• Own QA Platform Strategy & Roadmap • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the QA Platform — what to build, in what order, and why. Prioritise ruthlessly for maximum impact. • Make high-impact architectural and tooling decisions that shape how quality works across the entire engineering organisation. • Track adoption, usage, and developer satisfaction. The platform only succeeds if engineers actually use it — driving adoption and engagement is as important as building the tools. • Build Reusable Quality Tools & Infrastructure • Design and build reusable tools, frameworks, and self-serve quality infrastructure that engineering teams use to ship with confidence — reducing friction to near zero. • Partner with the existing SDET to extend and scale the current e2e testing framework into a broader platform with wider capabilities. • Create internal developer-facing tools with excellent DX — documentation, clear APIs, easy onboarding. If it's hard to use, it won't be used. • Lead AI-Native Quality Tooling • Build agentic e2e testing capabilities — LLM-driven test generation from user stories and acceptance criteria, running in sandboxed environments. • Develop AI-powered workflows for test generation, edge-case fuzzing, visual regression, contract validation, and exploratory testing. • Create and maintain a knowledge base of QA best practices, agent skills, MCP servers, and prompt templates that any team can leverage. • Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities as models and tooling improve. • Scale Across the Organisation • Work with every product team to embed quality tooling into their development workflow — making it part of how code is written and shipped, not an afterthought. • Onboard teams that currently have no QA coverage into the shared quality ecosystem through self-serve tooling. • Build tools that scale independently of QA headcount — the platform should multiply every engineer's ability to ship quality software, not create dependency on the QA team.

• Lead definition of quality standards for internal systems (functional and non-functional): reliability, performance, scalability, security, availability, observability, data correctness, and operability. • Partner with engineering teams to turn standards into service-level requirements and clear acceptance criteria for platform capabilities and internal services. • Own the compliance loop: define how compliance is measured, introduce evidence (tests, checks, dashboards), and drive remediation when gaps are found. • Run structured quality reviews for internal services: design reviews, readiness reviews, release criteria, and post-incident follow-ups that update standards and checks. • Define and maintain quality gates in CI/CD that enforce standards without slowing teams down (contract checks, smoke/regression, security checks where relevant). • Establish API quality standards for public APIs and platform adapters: contracts, backward compatibility, versioning, integration requirements. • Lead cross-team alignment: document standards, drive adoption, coach teams, and create lightweight processes that teams follow.
