As our Midweight Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver our clients innovative, effective and scalable integrated gaming campaigns through your craft, eye for detail and ability to bring ideas to life. We are looking for a gamer at heart, passionate designer and conceptual thinker with 3 to 5 years of experience, with a portfolio that showcases an ability to deliver campaigns for global brands. - Play an integral role in an award-winning global team shaping the future of gaming marketing for our client partners. - Bring innovative gaming campaigns to life visually; from campaign art direction, early-stage pitch visuals, through to final campaign assets that live across our range of offerings in media, social and livestreams. - Create high-impact static and motion graphics packages for branded content campaigns, while also supporting on video content edits including campaign trailers, hype films, case studies and social edits. - Develop digital creative assets for media campaigns that are seen by gaming audiences across the world; from static in-game billboards through to interactive playable formats that require asset development and direction. - Partner with our commercial, strategy, research teams, as well as our production partners to ensure campaigns are brought to life with impact, consistency and best-in-class design principles. Qualifications - Evidence of in-depth knowledge and passion for gaming culture. - Experience designing and delivering campaigns for global brands. - Proven ability to deliver on simultaneous client opportunities. - Excellent ability to absorb information and develop cut-through ideas. - Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Studio specifically Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After-Effects. Requirements - Previously delivered award winning campaigns for global brands. - Experience delivering Cinema 4D, VFX or AI-powered campaigns. - Experience designing games, playable or gamified experiences.
