Role Description At Livewire, we build innovative, effective and scalable gaming media campaigns for the world’s leading brands. As a Senior Media Strategist within the Labs team, you will play a key role in shaping audience-first gaming media strategies that connect brands with gaming audiences across platforms, creators, communities and immersive gaming environments. Leveraging tools such as Gamer.AI, GWI and Livewire’s proprietary Gamer.ID audience intelligence platform, you will identify the most effective audience and media opportunities for each brief across video, creator ecosystems, gamified media and owned gaming environments. You will help brands activate gaming audiences across platforms, devices and media environments through Gamer.ID. This role requires a strong understanding of: - Gaming culture - Audience behaviour - Digital media planning - Gaming-native media - Campaign optimisation You will collaborate cross-functionally with: - Ad Ops - Research & Insights - Partnerships - Strategy teams The role will help translate gameplay behaviour and audience intelligence into modern media planning strategies for global brands and agencies. You will also help educate clients and internal stakeholders on gaming audiences, behavioural targeting, and emerging opportunities across the gaming media ecosystem. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, strategically curious and deeply passionate about media innovation, particularly in a gaming context. They should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple RFPs simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. As our Midweight Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver our clients innovative, effective and scalable integrated gaming campaigns through your craft, eye for detail and ability to bring ideas to life. This role focuses on identifying high-quality, privacy-safe data signals and forming strategic partnerships with publishers, platforms, data providers, and technology partners to enhance audience capabilities. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification and commercial negotiation through to long-term growth, working closely with the Audience Manager on technical onboarding and audience creation. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is suited to someone comfortable owning partner relationships end-to-end in a remote-first environment. Gamer.ID is Livewire’s proprietary, privacy-first data platform built specifically for gaming. It uses non-identifiable, consented signals to recognise and reach the same gamer across platforms, formats, and devices - enabling scalable, compliant audience targeting without relying on third-party cookies or personal data.
