• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements across Cisive’s background screening workflows • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows • Conduct gap analyses, workflow assessments, and process mapping across screening product areas • Maintain a well-groomed, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to align on scope and intent • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of business analyst experience
- 2+ years acting as a Scrum Master or agile lead
- Strong proficiency with Jira and agile tooling
- Experience writing user stories and BRDs
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across dual roles
