Associate AI Solutions Analyst

• Respond to day-to-day requests from internal teams for AI assistance, including prompt design, workflow support, and tool guidance • Assist in building and refining AI-powered workflows using enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) • Develop, test, and iterate on prompts and system instructions for use cases across business functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, and IT • Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business intent; flag issues and escalate as needed • Support the integration of AI tooling into existing enterprise processes in collaboration with senior team members • Assist with one-on-one and small group training sessions to help employees get started with AI tools and best practices • Help create and maintain internal educational materials including guides, FAQs, and use case examples • Serve as a friendly first point of contact for basic AI-related questions from colleagues • Help identify patterns in common requests and contribute to the development of scalable resources • Follow and help communicate the organization's AI governance frameworks, usage policies, and ethical guidelines • Assist in reviewing AI use cases for basic risk considerations including data privacy and appropriate use • Support documentation of workflows and decisions to maintain accurate records • Stay current on AI tools, trends, and responsible use practices; share learnings with the team

• Support our Content Creator with filming, setting up shots, and capturing content in the gym. • Assist with basic editing, organizing footage, and preparing content for social platforms. • Help identify members in the gym who are comfortable participating in videos and coordinate their involvement. • Support in-gym challenges, including setup, participant coordination, and content capture. • Assist with administrative tasks related to content production, including tracking participants and helping with payment documentation. • Monitor social trends and share ideas for content opportunities. • Help write simple social captions and support day‑to‑day content needs. • Assist with messaging influencers, coordinating schedules, and responding to basic inquiries. • Help invite influencers to events, track RSVPs, and keep communications organized. • Support influencer content days with setup, check‑in, and on‑site coordination. • Maintain simple tracking documents for influencer outreach and participation. • Help respond to comments and messages using our brand voice. • Support proactive engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and Threads. • Flag unusual comments or potential issues to the team. • Assist with small community giveaways or surprise‑and‑delight moments.

• The Director of Business Operations is a highly cross-functional leadership role responsible for optimizing and scaling business operations across the gym organization. • This position serves as a critical connector between member experience, backend operations, field leadership, compliance, and strategic initiatives. • This leader brings hands-on experience within the gym industry, including member retention strategies, operational workflows, and systems that support both frontline teams and corporate functions. • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is a self-starter who can take direction, conduct research, and independently execute initiatives from concept to completion. • Support and enhance member experience and retention strategies. • Evaluate operational processes that impact the member lifecycle, from onboarding through retention and cancellation. • Partner with Member Services and field teams to ensure consistent, high-quality member interactions. • Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure field resources—including SOPs, processes, playbooks, and training materials—are accurate, current, and operationally aligned. • Identify operational gaps and opportunities for training enhancements across the field. • Partner with the Member Services team to ensure compliance with membership agreements and personal training contracts. • Maintain working knowledge of gym management systems. • Support audit readiness and adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. • Act as a strategic partner to field leaders to drive adoption of operational changes and new initiatives. • Support change management efforts by clearly communicating expectations, timelines, and impacts to field teams. • Assist with project management across multiple operational initiatives. • Ensure cross-functional alignment and execution against strategic priorities. • Track progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to maintain momentum. • Work with external vendors and partners to integrate services into the overall operational and member experience strategy. • Ensure vendor processes align with internal standards, brand expectations, and operational goals.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer experienced in Microsoft Fabric to help architect, build, and scale the next-generation data platform that powers EōS Fitness. This role will lead technical design and engineering across Lakehouse architecture, data pipelines, governance, and analytics enablement. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Member Experience teams to deliver trusted, high‑quality data products that support millions of member interactions across our gyms and digital ecosystem. This role is right for someone who loves building clean, scalable systems, designing high‑quality data products, and optimizing performance across a modern cloud analytics stack. Job Responsibilities Platform & Pipeline Engineering - Architect and maintain Lakehouse solutions in Microsoft Fabric OneLake using Delta Lake and medallion architecture. - Build and automate Data Factory pipelines with parameterization, CI/CD, and strong observability. - Develop and optimize Synapse Spark and SQL workloads for ingestion, transformation, and data modeling. - Partner with BI teams to create performant, governed Power BI semantic models, including Direct Lake. Technical Leadership & Collaboration - Develop and Operate best practices for Fabric, PySpark, SQL, and data modeling. - Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Member Services to deliver high‑value data products. - Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and repeatable frameworks that scale with EōS’s growth. Data Quality, Governance & Reliability - Implement data validation, expectations, lineage, and schema controls to ensure trusted, reliable data. - Support governance frameworks across workspaces, domains, roles, privacy, and security. Job Requirements Required - 10+ years of experience in data engineering or similar technical roles. - 2+ years hands‑on with Microsoft Fabric or equivalent Synapse + ADF + Lakehouse experience. - Strong expertise in SQL and PySpark for large-scale transformations. - Experience building and managing Delta Lake tables, schema evolution, and performance optimization. - Proven experience developing automated ADF/Fabric pipelines in a cloud environment. - Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional design, and semantic model best practices. - Solid experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub), version control, and environment management. Preferred - Experience with Microsoft Purview or Fabric-native governance. - Familiarity with Direct Lake performance tuning and Power BI optimization. - Knowledge of streaming or event-driven data ingestion. - Background in fitness, membership-based businesses, retail, or multi-location operations.
